Please include
- Your name and the Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram or telephone account used to contact us.
- Which data or conversation you want deleted.
- Enough information for us to locate the record.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, reasonably verify that it concerns your account, and delete or anonymise eligible data. We will explain if a record must be retained because of an active rental, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal obligation.
